My biggest disappointment with the Wacom is my inability to accurately click something small. I'll use my left hand for keyboard shortcuts and right hand to use Pen or trackpad depending on what I'm doing. I find that with the Pen in my right hand, sometimes the cursor moves unexpectedly. While the Wacom has a touch feature, which makes it behave like huge trackpad, I don't use it. It feels very natural and accurate to paint in adjustments. I mainly use it for brushstrokes in PS and LR.
